Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors are not permitted to withdraw manuscripts that have already been submitted, as such withdrawal constitutes a waste of time and effort for both the editors and reviewers who have already worked on the manuscript.

If the author insists on withdrawing the submitted manuscript, a penalty fee of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) will be imposed. The withdrawal process will only be carried out by the editor after the author has made the payment and provided proof of payment to the editorial office of the Journal of Applied Community Service and Innovation.

If the author refuses to pay the penalty fee, their name will be placed on the blacklist of the Journal of Applied Community Service and Innovation. Furthermore, any previously published articles by the same author(s) may be removed from the journal’s archive.

The blacklist record will include the full name(s) of the author(s), their email address(es), and institutional affiliation(s).
